My Favourites are Carrot, Tomato, Spinach , Lettuce, Mushrooms, Egg plant, Cauliflower.
Eat as much as you desire of these foods. Memorize them and add them to your Diet. In this week I will also add the fruits and YES YES meats toooo!!!
