How do I go about Choosing a Weight Loss Program ?
In your life time you probably will go on a diet. You probably have already tried it more than once with reasonable success, only to have the weight add back on a few months later. For many people, it is difficult to lose more than a few Kgs, and few succeed in remaining at the reduced weight. The difficulty in losing weight and keeping it off leads many people to turn to a professional or commercial weight loss program for help.
What are the GOLDEN rules if you decided to DIET and Loose weight using guidance or a program?
- There has to be a mention of Food and its Portions and its control….Negative calories is best.
- There has to be a mention of Exercise.
- It may come with a Personal trainer.
- It may include a Nutrition Coach.
- It should ask you to keep a log.
- You should be talking to somebody.
- You should be having a SPOTTER or a Family member that is your alter ego which keeps you on track. Both praise and criticism should be the job function of this person.
- The Program should be scientific and safe. If its not tailor made to your energy level requirements, the program is a failure in the long run.
- Supplements can be used, but with Consultation with an Expert and only after your medical history is cleared via tests and the Medical expert.
- No Program can guarantee you results in 4 weeks…..if they do, the weight will bounce back. Go for longer duration plans.
- When inquiring about a commercial weight loss program, be sure you are provided with a detailed statement of fees and costs of additional items such as dietary supplements or foods.
- Other important questions to ask of any potential weight loss program include:

I was watching a program on Models and Actors last night. Ever wonder why they are so beautiful or look so toned, lean, beautiful, defined....the list can go on. Well, Ask yourself " Am I a Mercedes Benz or a Maruti 800"?

Excuse is not a Word ------ -----ITS your INACTION!!!
Do you know that Nutrition can only be discplined by your own actions and choices. At QUA Nutrition we like to scientifically design your nutrition and supplements. LOVE FOODS for VALENTINES DAY
The secret to a romantic evening on Valentine's Day could be - in your kitchen via your Nutrition.
Really! Love could be on the menu.
What you eat affects your hormone levels, brain chemistry and energy.
If you're not eating a healthy diet, including the foods mentioned, you may not be performing your best in bed, though this isn't the same for everyone.
ALMONDS
What you need: Nutrients and minerals found in almonds, like zinc, selenium and vitamin E.
Why you need it: Important for female sexual health and reproduction. Vitamin E is necessary to make both estrogen and testosterone.
What it does to your libido: Increases passion, acts as a sexual stimulant and aids in fertility.
DARK CHOCOLATE
What you need: Tryptophan and Phenylethylamine
Why you need it: Maximizes feel-good chemicals in the body. This sweet has long been linked with love and sex for good reason. It contains tryptophan, which helps the body produce seritonin, and offers a hit of phenylethylamine.

What it does to your libido: Makes you look hotter! The color red is known to help stroke the fire: A 2008 study found that men find women sexier if they are wearing Red as opposed to "cool" colors such as blue or green.
A few things to note: Try making dark chocolate-dipped strawberries this Valentine's day - they're the perfect treat to feed each other, and bright red color is sexy-because they're topped with chocolate, you're adding more libido-boosting methylzanthines. Strawberries are also super-romantic to serve on Valentine's Day - they're heart-shaped when cut in half.
